The Empowering Community Change, Inc. (ECC) formerly dba Patron Saints, Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to providing opportunities for urban youth to achieve their highest potential and become socially responsible leaders in their community. The organization offers several key programs for students in Maryland area designed to encourage youth to learn, grow, and explore.
